Who Can Benefit

Music Therapy is an established healthcare profession that uses music to address physical, emotional, cognitive, and social needs of individuals of all ages. Typically guided by a highly trained and licensed therapist, a vast array of populations can benefit from the healing power of music therapy.

We are all aware that music touches our hearts and souls, but did you know it can help your brain rewire itself after a stroke? Music therapy can aid families experiencing communication problems, or individuals suffering with self-esteem issues. Individuals with autism have shown improved communication and motor skills. Song writing helps those suffering from various difficulties express themselves in a safe environment. Many are turning to music therapy for preventative healthcare, stress relief and to promote individual wellness.
